North York Auto Body Parts ships across Canada from our warehouse at 177 Limestone Crescent, North York, ON. This page explains how your order is processed, packaged, and delivered. By placing an order you agree to the shipping terms below; they form part of our Terms of Service.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is picked up by the carrier.

3. Transit times

Transit time is in addition to processing time. The estimates below are typical for our carriers; they are not guarantees, and severe weather, customs (for cross-border carriers), or carrier delays can extend them.

4. Carriers

We choose the carrier and service based on parcel size, destination, and speed. Common carriers include Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, and dedicated LTL freight for oversize parts (full bumpers, hoods, tailgates, radiators). Large body panels typically ship by freight and require a signature on delivery.

5. Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the parcel's dimensional weight and your destination postal code. We do not mark shipping up — you pay what the carrier charges us, plus a small handling fee for packaging materials on oversize items.

From time to time we offer free or flat-rate shipping promotions on qualifying orders. When a promotion applies, the discount is shown in the cart before checkout.

6. Taxes and duties

All applicable Canadian taxes (HST/GST/PST) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping province and added to the order total. Because we ship within Canada only, there are no duties or customs fees.

7. Receiving your order — please inspect on delivery

Auto body parts travel a long way and packaging can take a hit. Before you sign for a freight delivery, inspect the parcel. If you see crushed corners, punctures, or visible damage:

Signing for a freight delivery without noting damage may limit your ability to claim under the carrier's coverage.

8. Lost or stuck shipments

If the tracking number has not updated for 5 business days, or the carrier marks the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us. We will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf and keep you posted. Most traces resolve within 5–10 business days; if the parcel is confirmed lost we will ship a replacement or refund the order.

9. Wrong address or refused parcels

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an address you provided in error. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will refund the product cost less the original outbound shipping and any return-shipping fees charged by the carrier.
