Fitment & Compatibility
How do I know a part will fit my vehicle?+
Every listing includes the Year/Make/Model fitment in the title and a confirmed-fit line on the product page. Use the vehicle finder on the homepage to narrow results to your car. If you're not sure, send us your VIN through the Contact form and we'll confirm before you order.
Where do I find my VIN?+
Your Vehicle Identification Number is a 17-character code printed on a small plate visible through the driver-side base of the windshield, on a sticker inside the driver-side door jamb, and on your registration and insurance documents.
My vehicle isn't in the finder — can you still help?+
Yes. The finder lists popular vehicles, but we can source parts for many other makes and trims. Contact us with your year, make, model, trim, and VIN, and we'll quote what's available.
Is this an OEM or aftermarket part?+
Unless the product page specifically says "OEM", we sell aftermarket replacement parts manufactured to OE specifications. Aftermarket body parts are CAPA-certified or equivalent where available, and are typically 30–65% cheaper than dealer parts.
Will my insurance company accept aftermarket parts?+
Most Ontario insurers do accept aftermarket and recycled parts, especially on vehicles more than a few years old. Confirm with your adjuster before ordering — some policies specify OEM-only for collision claims.
Paint & Finish
Do body parts come painted?+
Most body parts ship primered and paint-ready, so your body shop can finish them to match. You can also add our
Paint Option service to receive the part finished in your vehicle's factory colour before it ships.
Where do I find my paint code?+
The factory paint code is on the same sticker as the VIN inside the driver-side door jamb, usually labelled "Color", "Paint", "EXT-PNT", or similar. It's typically 3–5 alphanumeric characters. If you can't find it, send us a photo of the door jamb sticker and we'll identify it.
How close is the colour match?+
We mix to the factory paint code and clear-coat the part. On most vehicles the match is excellent. Older vehicles or sun-faded paint may show a slight difference between the new part and existing panels — this is normal and not considered a defect.
Can painted parts be returned?+
No. Once a part has been colour-matched to your vehicle it is custom-made and final sale. Defective paintwork is covered under our warranty — see the
Return Policy.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit and debit cards through Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and PayPal. We do not store your card details — payments are processed directly by Stripe.
Is the checkout secure?+
Yes. The entire site uses HTTPS encryption, and card data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Our servers never see your full card number.
Can I cancel my order?+
Yes, before the parcel has been picked up by the carrier. Painted-part orders cannot be cancelled once the painting process has begun. See the
Return Policy for details.
Shipping & Pickup
How long does shipping take?+
In-stock parts ship in 1–2 business days. Standard transit is 1–3 days within Ontario, 3–5 days to most of Canada, and up to 14 days to remote postal codes. Painted parts add 3–5 business days. Full details on the
Shipping page.
Do you ship outside Canada?+
Not at the moment. We currently ship within Canada only. Contact us if you need a freight quote to the US.
Can I pick up my order in person?+
Yes — free pickup is available at our North York counter at 177 Limestone Crescent. We'll email you when the order is marked "Ready for pickup". Bring your order number and a piece of photo ID.
How do I track my order?+
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is picked up by the carrier. You can also check status from the
Order Status page using your order number.
Returns & Warranty
What's your return policy?+
Unused parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Painted, special-order, and installed electrical parts are final sale. Full details on the
Return Policy page.
My part arrived damaged. What now?+
Note the damage on the carrier waybill before signing, take photos of the packaging and the part, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Is there a warranty?+
Aftermarket parts carry a limited 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. The warranty covers replacement of the defective part only — it does not cover labour, paintwork, or consequential damage. See Section 7 of our
Terms of Service.
Installation
Do you install parts?+
No — we are a parts retailer, not a body shop. We strongly recommend installation by a qualified automotive technician, especially for body, lighting, cooling, and emissions parts that affect vehicle safety and roadworthiness.
Are installation instructions included?+
Most aftermarket body and trim parts are direct OE replacements that use your vehicle's existing factory mounting points; a service manual is the best installation reference. Mechanical parts (radiators, compressors, etc.) include the manufacturer's installation sheet where one is provided.
